Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. Please request the dates of your stay and check what conditions apply to your preferred room.
Children and Beds
Children of all ages are welcome.
To see correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children in your group to your search.
This property doesn’t offer cribs.
This property doesn’t offer extra beds.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A USD500 damage deposit is required prior to your arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn’t any damage to the property
To insure you enjoy your visit, please note these house rules:
- Smoking ANYTHING in the house is strictly prohibited and will result in your security deposit being held in full.
- Please enjoy your smokeables outside in the Sierra National Forest.
- Please make sure you strip the beds of all sheets and pillow cases and leave them on the beds prior to your departure.
- Please do not leave ANY type of food or drinks in the refrigerator, freezer or anywhere inside or outside the house upon departure.
- Please use the dishwasher or hand wash all plates, glassware, pots, pans and utensils before you leave.
- Please remove all of your trash and place it in the dumpster.
- Please leave comments about your stay in our guest book.
